Snyder Industries - Flexmaster Tank Connectors 

Snyder's latest product innovation, Flexmaster, is a uniquely designed flexible tank connection that allows a tank's sidewall to move freely, which substantially reduces stress at fitting locations, resulting in longer, trouble free tank installations. Flexmaster is constructed of the same polyethylene resin as the tank, which guarantees superior chemical resistance at a lower cost than traditional expansion joints.

 

Snyder Industries - SUMO Molded Drain Fittings 

Snyder Industries' unique molded drain fitting, the SUMO, has been developed from knowledge accumulated from over 50 years of rotationally molding polyethylene tanks. The SUMO was designed

to help ensure maximum liquid drainage from vertical bulk storage tanks. Snyder is able to encapsulate either a stainless steel, hastelloy, or titanium insert into the wall of the tank. This encapsulated ring is then sealed off from the liquid contents of the tank by the two O-rings that are installed on a specially machined male adapter.

Snyder Industries - 18" Mushroom Vent 

As a solution to the undersized venting problem, Snyder has developed a rotationally molded 18-inch Mushroom Vent that can be installed on the top of new or existing tanks. This vent attaches to any polyethylene tank that has at least 19" diameter of flat area simply by cutting the hole and attaching it with 8 screws and sealing it with silicone. The underside of the vent comes standard with 1/8” mesh poly insect screening. The 18" Mushroom vent ensures that your tank will not be excessively pressurized in the event of an air surge during normal pneumatic filling. Snyder offers U-Vent assemblies up to 6"size. This works fine for many cases and multiple vents can be added if more venting is required; however, in some cases, depending on fill line size and the psi used to offload the tanker, a 6" vent is not adequate to evacuate the ACFM (Air Cubic Feet per Minute) entering the tank and multiple vents may not be a viable option.

Gemini2 MCU - Multiple Chemical Unit 

Configure two, three, or four different liquids in one compact space, with 2 separate containment chambers that is as flexible as you need it to be. The new Gemini2 MCU (Multiple Chemical Unit) has individual primary tanks available in 6 and 12-gallon sizes. Configure your tank with (2)12-gallon tanks, (1) 12-gallon and (2) 6-gallon tanks or (4) 6-gallon tanks, all in one compact space. Great for Biocide/Inhibitor set-ups, pool chemical feed systems or any other application where you require multiple chemicals with limited space for storage. An optional overhead PumpDeck can be integrally mounted to the MCU with room for up to 4 metering pumps. The PumpDeck is designed to contain pump drips or minor spills that will drain back into the correct tank and can also be equipped with an alarm that will warn you of leaks in both the shelf and/or the interstitial space before it's a problem.

Snyder Industries - Containment Tanks 

Cylindrical open top tanks can be utilized as primary process or mix tanks, or for secondary containment of an inner tank. All open-top tanks are available in high density linear polyethylene (HDLPE), black and natural white color, which complies with FDA regulation 177.1520 and NSF standard 61, as well as cross-linked, high density polyethylene (XLPE), black and natural white color.

 

Chem-Tainer – Containment Basins 

The one-piece, seamless construction of our molded polyethylene containment basins provide an effective barrier between the tank and the environment.

Chem-Tainer Specialty Containment Basins 

Containment basins and tanks are impact and corrosion resistant and are molded as a one-piece, seamless unit. The 125 cone bottom style is a "Tank In A Tank"; the 140, 250, 360, 500, 600, and 1300 gallon sizes are "basin style"; the 1350 is an open top tank; and the 2050 and 2800 "Tank In A Tank" are molded with a dome that can be cut off to enable it to be used as a containment tank.

Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Tanks 

Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks meet the diverse storage needs of customers in a wide range of industries. FRP tanks are manufactured utilizing a Filament wound, Chop-hoop wound, and Centrifugally cast process enhanced with automated robotics. You can select from a wide range of diameters in addition to orientation and height (vertical tanks) or length (horizontal tanks) and capacity. In bottoms, customers can select from flat, dish, or cone bottom tanks, with variations. Different top/cover options include open tops, bolt-down or removable covers, domed or annular domed tops, or flat reinforced tops. Non-slip surfaces are an option on all covers. Optional attaching accessories include outlets, inlets, manways, ladders, and cages (inside or outside the tank), vents, baffles, and mixer bars. All products are

fabricated with contact molded laminates conforming to ASTM 4097 and filament wound laminates conforming to ASTM 3299. Resins used in fabrication are laboratory tested and are chosen based upon customer information regarding concentration, temperature, and corrosive behavior of the product being stored. FDA and fire-retardant resins are available for special applications. While the traditional fiberglass tank is a round, vertical cylinder, custom-engineered rectangular tanks are also available to meet certain customer space and/or capacity requirements.

 

Filament-Wound:

Filament winding is the process of winding resin-impregnated fiber or tape on a mandrel surface in a precise geometric pattern. This is accomplished by rotating the mandrel while a delivery head precisely positions fibers on the mandrel surface. By winding continuous strands of carbon fiber, fiberglass, or other material in very precise patterns, structures can be built with properties stronger than steel at much lighter weights.

 

Chop-Hoop Filament-Wound:

A unique blend of two proven fabrication techniques, chopped glass "spray up "and continuous filament winding, provides the benefits of maximum corrosion resistance plus the strength required for vertical storage. The structural wall is constructed through a process of simultaneously glass chopping, resin application, and hoop filament winding.

 

Centrifugally Cast:

By utilizing centrifugal force to combine resin and glass, the process provides a dense uniform wall laminate capable of 70% resin content. The entire tank wall becomes a resin-rich, chemical-resistant barrier that has an aesthetically pleasing exterior and can be custom engineered for specific requirements ranging from the storage of corrosive chemicals to food-grade applications.

  • Sodium Hypochlorite Tanks: Cured with a BPO/DMA (Benzoyl peroxide/dimethylaniline) resin catalyst system with a Nexus synthetic veil to provide a long-lasting corrosion-resistant tank. Available in vertical, horizontal, or double-wall ranging from 50 to 50,000 gallons.
  • Ethylene Glycol Tanks: Ethylene glycol tanks are corrosion-resistant and built to customer specifications in terms of size, shape, orientation, accessories and the option of a 2-inch-thick spray-on polyurethane insulation.
  • Caustic/Acid Tanks: A wide range of acids, caustic soda & sodium hydroxide tanks are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes to meet your space and design requirements, including applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Waste Water Tanks: Work with the customer in determining the specific requirements necessary in a particular waste water tank, including the selection of resins to ensure the tank can withstand the chemicals utilized as part of the water treatment process.
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Tanks: Corrosion - resistant RO tanks are available that meet the stringent requirements of the water purification process, while providing flexibility in size, shape, and accessories.
  • Potable Water Tanks: FDA approved potable water tanks are lightweight, yet strong, and can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.
  • Deionized Water (DI) Tanks: Deionized water tanks are custom-engineered and built to meet the specific needs of a customer's water treatment system. A dry-heat post-cure is provided as recommended by the resin manufacturer for maximum service life of the Dl tank.
  • Underground Water Tanks: Underground water tanks are reinforced to withstand external forces inherent in an underground application. In situations with high water tables, the fiberglass-reinforced plastic tanks are fined with strapping to stand up to the buoyancy factor.
  • Clean-In-Place (CIP) Tanks: These tanks are built to meet the specific corrosion-resistant, high-temperature, and drainage requirements of water sanitation systems. The durability and strength-to-weight ratio make these CIP tanks uniquely suited to withstand the high temperatures and mechanical force necessary in the Clean-In-Place process.
  • Greywater Tanks: Greywater (or graywater) tanks for recycling wastewater produced from activities including laundry, dishwashing, and bathing can be built in sizes ranging from 50 to 10,000 gallons, with flexibility in shape, color, and accessories.
  • Air Scrubber Tanks: FRP air scrubber tanks are built for performance and ease of use. This fiberglass tank is corrosive-resistant with a high strength-to-weight ratio, providing a strong yet lightweight tank and is engineered to meet specific air pollution control system requirements.
  • Carbon Vessels: Carbon vessels are corrosive-resistant fiberglass tanks designed specifically to accommodate the carbon media used in the removal of contaminants in both liquid phase and vapor phase applications of an air pollution control system.
  • Odor Control Tanks: Odor control tanks are available that meet your specific requirements. Providing a long-lasting, lightweight, yet strong fiberglass tank with a maintenance-free exterior.
  • Mixing Tanks: Mixing tanks feature integrated baffling to enhance and accelerate mixing. These fiberglass tanks are built to support a direct mount of mixers weighing up to 250 pounds.
  • Brinemaker Tanks: Brinemaker tanks can be built to hold anywhere from 10 to 90 tons of salt. These tanks include a water distribution system comprised of hoses and pipes and can incorporate freeze protection systems into the tanks.

CPC - Colder Products – DrumQuik 

For safe extraction of fluids from jerry cans, drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), CPC offers several dip-tube based systems of different sizes and materials. Virtually any container can be used with a DrumQuik system to dispense the chemical or food-based fluid in a "closed" manner. This minimizes the potential for dangerous chemical exposure while protecting the purity of the chemicals themselves from contamination.

Hayward - SF Series Self-Aligning Bulkhead Fittings 

Available in sizes 1", 2", and 3" PVC with either FPM or EPDM gaskets. Self-aligning Bulkhead Fittings are used to make piping connections to the top of domed tanks or pipes at an angle up to 27 degrees.
